According to the topic, the One Belt, One Road project (OBOR), commonly known as the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) with its geopolitical background and a future prospect was the main issue.

The analysis was based on the Halford Mackinder's and the A. T. Mahan's geopolitical objectives as well as on the SWOT scheme and the Strafort's presumption of China as an island.

AEQ is a trade association representing the interests of European manufacturers of flexible metal parts used in different sectors like automotive industry, power plants, chemical and petrochemical industry, machinery construction, aviation, space ships, train & ship building and, last but not least, renewables.
