Graduate of two MA programmes at the Jagiellonian University: International Relations & European Studies. Robert studied and conducted research at the Tel-Aviv Univesrity and Trinity College Dublin. Research Fellow at the Kosciuszko Institute, Manager of the CYBERSEC HUB and Chief Editor of the European Cybersecurity Market journal.
