On 19-20 September 2019, III Jagiellonian Security Conference took place "Security systems: local, regional and global dimension", organized by Department of National Security of the Institute of Political Sciences and International Relations of Jagiellonian University.

The goal of the Conference was to present the latest research results regarding the issues of broadly understood security, divided into its national and international dimensions.

The topics of the meeting concerned mainly security systems, with particular emphasis on their local, regional and global perspectives.

This year's conference was very popular among the participants. Nearly 100 people conducting research on security issues and representing the majority of Polish academic and research centers took part in the event.
